My Yoga Journey Of 7 months ATTC @theyogainstituteofficial

Namste everyone, Today I'm here to share my yoga journey with u all ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ˜‡
I believe if you put your mind and soul into anything, the results always leave you amazed!

In my college days, I'm very passionate about my fitness and studies, but after marriage ever since I conceived, being mother naturally fitness n my dreams have been totally neglected because as a householder 1st priority for every mother is her kids and family.

Last year I started doing Yoga, because of one of my friend she literally forced me to joining, since than I have been regularly working out n meditating since then things have been totally changed. I realised what I like the most, was so passionate about it. My husband who is an instructor in Force One, He guessed my passion n asked me to enrolled for 7 months Advanced Yoga Tr Training Course (RYT500) ๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿป‍♀️๐Ÿ“š๐Ÿ“–๐Ÿ“at The Yoga Institute

Journey started from a 7 days camp where I met many beautiful souls. Met many different people's from different walks of life and different parts of the world, All  brought together by the love for Yoga. Some of them are from different countries who came as strangers but left as family n sweet friends☺️❤️

I started yoga as a way to support and maintain my physical health. However, my relationship to my body, my mind, and my soul changed unexpectedly. With regular practice brought drastic changes in my body became more flexibility, my energy level rose and my mind became calm and relax.

And after joining course, I learned that yoga is not about posture n meditatoin. It's not just stretching, having an ideal body or wearing pants for yoga. Yoga is a mixture of training, meditation and spa. At the same time, you pay close attention to your body, mind and breathing.  Yoga is way of life It teaches us how to live, how to eat, how to walk how to sit n many more things.

To be honest, it is quite challenging. Patience is the key.  As a housewife anf the mother of two kids it's pretty hard to keep balance between all things. I started to read Institutional books, the Bhagavad-Gita, Pantanjali's YogSutra.  Every part of it- Asanas, pranayama, dhyana, mantras, mudras and meditation is indeed an entire way of life.

Yoga healed me as a person. I feel my emotions now and I have control over them. I don't seek outside me for my happiness. I am more kind to myself and to people in my life. I feel grateful for this body. I feel compassionate and have faith in the universe. I feel more connected to my core. I feel happiest on my mat and sometimes I even cry thinking how blessed I am to experience all of this. I can feel every inch of my body when I do all complex asanas. My own body amazes me every-time. I found yoga when I needed it the most. It healed me and I am still actively healing. It brought my real self back to me.

Now I am learning and experiencing more every single day and my journey has just started and my purpose in Yoga is to learn more, practice more and inspire other people who want to live a healthier, happier, more fulfilling life, to promote self love and self kindness as much as I can. I have also started a blog for this purpose. It is an endless journey I will be on. Even if I truly inspire one person, my purpose would be fulfilled.

Even In this current Covid - 19 pandemic situation Through Institutional online classes Yoga helped me a lot for managing my studies household things along with my kids positively and calmly✨๐Ÿ˜‡

I just want to say that “We should not waste our life finding happiness and love outside of us. It is all inside, we are complete. We just need to feel it.”

Thanks to my husband who always stands for me in my every decision.. He is such blessing for me.

Thank u so much ๐Ÿ™ The Yoga Institute,
For showing us the way to start this beautiful journey and for this initiative and giving us this opportunity. And also I will be forever grateful and thankful to Hansa maa and all the Teachers of the yoga institute for imparting this ancient knowledge to me ๐Ÿ˜‡๐Ÿ’–
